FALAB/LIBO is now looking for a new colleague who wants to take overall responsibility for technical installations in the company's properties. As a Project Manager for technical installations, you will plan, coordinate, and drive technical installation projects in both new construction and renovation. The role is broad and combines project management, technical support, and coordination, where you act as the company's technical competence towards both internal colleagues and external contractors and consultants.

You will participate early in the projects – from planning and procurement to implementation and completion – ensuring that installations are carried out correctly based on function, quality, and sustainability. At the same time, you will be an important support in daily management, where questions regarding operations, installations, and technical solutions are a natural part of everyday life.

The work is carried out in close collaboration with managers, project leaders, and the operations organization. You will drive your own technical projects, participate in budget and maintenance planning, and actively contribute to developing and optimizing the technical systems of the properties, with a particular focus on sustainability and energy efficiency.

Candidate Profile

We are looking for someone with several years of experience in technical installations, primarily focused on HVAC. You have worked practically or project-oriented within installation and are used to taking responsibility, making decisions, and coordinating different parties in projects.

Your background may include roles such as HVAC consultant, project manager, site manager, or installer within HVAC, preferably with experience from the contracting or consulting sector. Experience is valued more than formal education, but technical education in HVAC or installation is an advantage. Knowledge in electrical & telecommunications, access control systems, fire safety, or energy is considered a plus.
